2. Scope
These Terms of Sale govern the purchase of products offered on www.mybestfriends.com and apply to all orders placed through the website.
By placing an order, the customer agrees to be legally bound by these Terms.
3. Products and Pricing
Product descriptions, essential characteristics, pricing and payment details are displayed on the product and checkout pages.
All prices include international shipping and customs duties unless otherwise stated.
Any additional local taxes, import duties or similar charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
The Company reserves the right to correct pricing errors or cancel orders arising from technical mistakes.
4. Orders and Payment
Orders are processed once payment has been successfully completed.
A confirmation email will be sent after the order is placed.
The Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are prepared within 2 business days following order confirmation.
Pre-order products are dispatched within 2 business days after the delivery period stated on the product page.
All shipments are made via DHL.
Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination country and typically range between 4–14 business days.
Tracking information is provided via email once the order has been dispatched.
Delivery times may be extended due to customs procedures or force majeure circumstances beyond the Company’s control.
6. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
Customers residing in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without providing any reason.
To exercise this right, the customer must notify the Company in writing within the 14-day period.
Returned products must be unused, unworn, in their original condition, and with all security tags intact.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days after the returned product has been received and inspected.
Return shipping costs and any customs duties incurred during the return process are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective.
7. Made-to-Order and Customized Products
Products that are customized or made specifically according to the customer’s request are not eligible for withdrawal unless they are defective.
8. Returns and Exchanges
Return and exchange procedures must be initiated by contacting MYBESTFRIENDS Customer Support before sending any product back.
Products with removed, damaged, or missing security tags are not eligible for return or exchange.
Evening gowns and sequined products are eligible for return only if the security tag remains intact.
Return shipping costs and any customs-related charges for exchanges are entirely the responsibility of the customer.
Return policies may vary depending on the regulations of the destination country.
9. Defective Products
If a product is delivered defective or damaged, the customer must notify the Company within a reasonable time after delivery.
In such cases, the Company may offer repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
10. Limitation of Liability
The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages except where required by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms limits the customer’s statutory consumer rights.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable in the customer’s country of residence where mandatory consumer protection rules apply.
