Account Agreement
1. Parties
This Membership Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between:

and the individual registering for an account on www.mybestfriends.com (“Member”).
2. Scope of the Agreement
This Agreement governs the creation of a user account and the use of the website and related services provided by MYBESTFRIENDS.
By creating an account, the Member agrees to be legally bound by this Agreement.
3. Eligibility
By registering, the Member confirms that:

They are at least 18 years old or have legal capacity under applicable law.

The information provided during registration is accurate and complete.

They will keep their account information updated.
The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts providing false or misleading information.
4. Account Responsibility
The Member is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials.
The Company shall not be liable for unauthorized access resulting from the Member’s failure to protect their account details.
Members must notify the Company immediately in case of suspected unauthorized use.
5. Acceptable Use
The Member agrees not to:

Violate any applicable laws or regulations;

Infringe intellectual property or other rights of third parties;

Interfere with website functionality, security, or infrastructure;

Use the website for fraudulent or unlawful activities.
The Company may suspend or terminate accounts engaged in prohibited activities.
6. Intellectual Property
All website content, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, designs, text, images, and software, is owned by or licensed to MYBESTFRIENDS.
No content may be copied, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
7. Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with:

The Company’s Privacy Notice.
Members may exercise their data protection rights by contacting the Company.
8. Termination
Members may delete their accounts at any time.
The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in cases of violation of this Agreement.
Termination shall not affect rights and obligations accrued prior to termination.
9. Amendments
The Company reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time.
Changes become effective upon publication on the website. Continued use of the account constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by applicable consumer protection laws.
Where the Member resides in the UK or EU, mandatory consumer protection rights under local law shall apply.
